今回紹介されているこのヨーグルト、気になるお味は？と言うと、パーソナリティいわく「ヨーグルト本来の酸っぱさを持ちつつバニラの甘みがなんとも丁度いい」との事。推薦者リョースケだけではなくブログるアワーメンバー大絶賛のこの商品、ちょっと気になりますね。
この「バニラヨーグルト」はコンビニでも手にすることが出来るようですが、「オレンジリキュールヨーグルト」「なめらかソフトヨーグルト（生クリーム入り）」と合わせた3種セットとして販売されているようです。 ←詰め合わせセットはこちら。

ちなみに。商品名でもお馴染みな「ブルガリア」の長寿食として親しまれてきました「ヨーグルト」、腸の健康をまもり新陳代謝を活発にするために老化防止にも効果 があるとされています。食物繊維に似た整腸作用があるビフィズス菌は常食すれば新陳代謝も活発になり、老化防止、美容効果 も得られるそうです。また血中コレステロールを減らす、からだの免疫機能を高めるなどのはたらきもあるそうです。 ちょっと前に流行った「カスピ海ヨーグルト」も、楽天の食品ランキング上位に入っているくらいですから、皆さんちゃんと健康には気をつけているのですね。関心関心。
